The more information you can supply about what services you are after, the more comprehensive the response will be. Consider including the following information - the software Application (e.g. Flash, Word, Excel), the preferred location for tuition or training, the number of trainees, the specific learning goals (e.g. 'to learn how to use pivot tables in Excel'), the software goals (e.g. 'firm needs a new database'), or the coursework goals (e.g. 'is having difficulty creating an animation in Flash at school')...
